Every rescue starts with a story. We listen, assess immediate needs, coordinate appropriate veterinary care, and work toward safe recovery and adoption.

Veterinary care may include treatment, vaccinations, spay or neuter services, and time to heal in foster care.

With more than 20 years of experience caring for and rescuing animals, Terasa founded Whiskers & Wings to help precious lives when they need someone to step in.

Whiskers & Wings is a Farmersville cat rescue focused on vulnerable stray cats, abandoned kittens and compassionate rescue coordination. We serve Collin County communities and encourage neighbors to share clear details about the animal's condition and location so we can assess what help may be possible.
Farmersville & Princeton
Found kittens near a neighborhood, barn, business or rural property? Contact us with their approximate age, whether the mother is present and any signs of injury. Avoid separating healthy nursing kittens unnecessarily.
McKinney, Melissa & Anna
For stray cat rescue inquiries in northern and central Collin County, describe the situation and whether the animal can be safely observed. Severe injuries require prompt veterinary or animal-services assistance.
Allen, Plano & Frisco
Our Collin County rescue inquiries also include southern and western communities. We can discuss capacity and suitable next steps, including veterinary care, foster possibilities and other local resources.
Rescue assistance is not guaranteed and depends on capacity, safety and the animal's needs. We are not a 24-hour emergency veterinary service.
