For more than 20 years, Terasa Spencer Gregg has dedicated her time and energy to caring for animals and helping those who cannot help themselves. For more than 20 years, Terasa has cared for and rescued animals, developing the patience, persistence, and practical judgment that meaningful rescue work demands. She knows that compassion is not always the easy choice. It can mean rearranging a day, making difficult decisions, finding veterinary support, or staying involved long after the immediate danger has passed.

Whiskers & Wings grew from that determination. Based in Farmersville, Texas, the rescue focuses on cats and kittens who need someone to notice them, act thoughtfully, and give them a real chance to recover. Terasa's approach is simple: take each little life seriously, respect its needs, and do what is possible to move it toward safety.
